It’s a simple humanity for these local heroes in the town of Sto. Domingo, Albay their collective racial convictions has shone today by not using arithmetic – that when one lad needs rescue they did not count the price.

Sto. Domingo,Albay, [04.01.18] – A drowning six years old boy was successfully revived by responding rescuers of the local government of Sto. Domingo, Albay who provided a prompt first aid cardiopulmonary resuscitation [cpr] before bringing him to the local hospital in Legazpi City.

The six year old lad who was knocked out by accidental drowning was able to regain his consciousness after a first aid was administered by Fire Officer 2 Regie Balasta and his team on a drowning boy.

A boy who was identified by the rescuers as Brent Perez, 6 years old of Barangay Bagong San Roque, Sto. Domingo, Albay was swimming in a beach in San Juan Street at around 11:00 o’ clock when he sank in the sea.

Beach combers saw the boy who was slowly sinking frantically called  the rescue team to assist the drowning Perez.

The boy was brought to a hospital and is now recuperating, the rescuers said.
