Legazpi City, [07.11.15] –  The members of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Albay Provincial Office has confiscated a 125 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride on Saturday  buy bust operation in Maroroy, Daraga, Albay and the impounding of a red Mitsubishi GLX Mirage.

According to PDEA-5 Regional Director Bryan B. Babang, the buy-bust operation was launched under his supervision by PDEA-Albay team against the two suspects who managed to elude arrest.

The buy-bust operation was conducted at around 3:00 o’ clock in the afternoon in front of Ishko Inn in Maroroy, Daraga, Albay against the two drug pushers who was identified as Roy Lascota and his companion,  Brusko Lascota.

But after declaring the arrest the two  managed to elude arrest on board a red Mirage GLX Mitsubishi with plate numbers AMA 8928, Director Babang  told The Philippine Examiner.

A hot pursuit was launch against the suspects and led to the discovery of the vehicle which was parked in front of a bakery in Barangay Oro Site, Legazpi City at 5:00 o’ clock in the afternoon.

The  team inspected the rear wheels and discovered that it was the vehicle used by the suspects because of the three bullet holes on the wheels, but the suspects were no longer around, and the plate number was already removed and was found inside the car, Babang said.

The case against the suspect will be filed on Monday and the hunt  will still be pursued, Babang ended.
