Pilar, Sorsogon, [02.05.18] – A male suspect  who is accused  of  three counts of violation of Republic Act 9262  or  “Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004” was arrested by police this afternoon in Barangay Banuyo, Pilar, Sorsogon.

The suspect was identified as Arthur Lobarbio y Bacical, 49 years old, driver was arrested by the elements of Pilar, Sorsogon led by SPO1 Erwin Lumaban has implemented the LOI Manhunt Charlie by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Honorabe Bernardo R. Jiminez, Jr, Acting Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 51, Sorsogon City.

Lobarbio was ordered to post bail of Php80,000.00 for each count.

Meanwhile, the Bulusan Municipal Police Station has successfully arrested the #10 Bulusan Municipal Most Wanted Person on February 2 in Barangay Sapngan, Bulusan.

Police Senior Inspector Jose Arnel G. Gerong, Acting Chief of Police of Bulusan Municipal Police Station identified the suspect as Rene Bandol y Garcia, 53 years old of Barangay Sapngan.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Bernardo R. Jimenez, Jr, Acting Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 54, Gubat, Sorsogon in relation to y for the crime of Rape under Article 226-A (2) in relation to Republic Act 8353 and Republic Act 7610 under criminal case number 3505 – 3507 and Rape under criminal case number 3508.
