Tagum City, [06.10.15] A member of Lumad  from Talaingod, Davao del Norte province, is feeling discontented to Bai Ameera Rosemarie P. Sira, Chairperson of the Royal Business Council  for Peace, Defense and Economic Development  on  the leisurely pace in resolving the speedy release of the PhP4 million worth of confiscated logs, despite of the order of The Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg United Islamic United Multi-Racial Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo.

In an exclusive interview with Habib Ahil Juani Abdulsali, the  Lumad expressed his disappointment against Sira in doing nothing to expedite the submission of the letter of request to Department of Environment and Natural Resources which was signed by Her Royal Highness, Queen Helen Fatima Nasaria Panolino-Abdurajak.

“I gave her a cash in the amount of PhP9,000.00 to defray her travel to Manila to bring the document to the office of DENR Secretary Ramon Jose P. Paje, but until now there is no result in sight”, Abdulsali told the Philippine Examiner.

A ten wheeler truck and other vehicles loaded with PhP4 million worth of logs was apprehended by Philippine Army led by Lieutenant Pableo in Barangay Santo Niño, Talaingod town on May 25, 2015, the source admitted.

Upon apprehension of the logs by the Philippine Army, I sought the intervention of the Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg United Islamic United Multi-Racial Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo to release the trucks and logs, he said.

As the Sovereign Judge of the Royal Imperial Kingdom, I, the Queen, had an audience with Lieutenant Pableo inside the camp of the 68th Infantry Battalion and negotiated the release of the logs and vehicles in favor of the poor tribesmen, Queen Helen told the Philippine Examiner.

“We interceded by virtue of Law of Sovereignty of the Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg United Islamic United Multi-Racial Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo to release of  the apprehended logs by granting the group of Habib Ahil Juani Abdulsali an amnesty – as we recognize, that the tribesmen owns the logs as it was taken from their ancestral domain between the boundaries of the provinces of Bukidnon and Davao del Norte”, Queen Helen explained.

Our dialogue with Army Lieutenant Pableo of the 68th Infantry Battalion on May 26, 2015 in Barangay Santo Niño was cordial and fruitful, she said.

After the dialogue with the Army, the Royal Couple sought an audience with Tagum City Environment officer Jose Erwin Clemenia for the same reason –  to release the confiscated logs and the vehicles in favor of the Indigenous tribe and elevate the matter to the higher officials of DENR of Davao del Norte up to Secretary Paje for considerations.

The meeting between the Royal Couple and CENRO  Clemenia was confirmed by two parties through telephone interviews by the Philippine Examiner.

Being the Chairperson of the Royal Business Council  for Peace, Defense and Economic Development, and by virtue of her Royal Appointment granted by the Royal couple, Bai Ameera Rosemarie P. Sira, is tasked to bring the request to Secretary Paje in order to act on the release of the logs.

The confiscated logs including the trucks are still impounded at compound of the Municipal Police Station, under the custody of Police Senior Inspector Angelo Yap, Chief of Police of Talaingod Municipal Police Station.

With this failure by Sira to perform her task as the representative of the Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg United Islamic United Multi-Racial Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo, is so disappointing, Abdulsali ended.
