Legazpi City, [09.01.17] – The investigator of the Women and Children Desk of Guinobatan Municipal Police Station has launched a manhunt operation to arrest the male suspect behind the abduction of a midwife in Guinobatan, Albay.
Albay Police Provincial Office Public Information Officer, Police Chief Inspector Arthur Ramirez Gomez identified the suspect as Ronaldo Paclibar y Ruivivar, legal age, married of Sitio Pier, Barangay Muladbucad Pequeño, Guinobatan, Albay.
Paclibar has abducted Grace Zaragoza y Medes, of legal age, married, midwife of Purok 1, Barangay Muladbucad Grande, Guinobatan, Albay.
The abduction was reported to the police by Judge Annielyn Medes-Cabelis of Regional Trial Court Ligao City that her sister Grace Zaragosa y Medes was forcibly taken inside their house by the suspect at around 8:30 o’ clock this morning.
Paclibar is facing seven counts of Violation of Republic Act 9262 or “The Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004” filed by the victim against the suspect.
