Virac, Catanduanes, [05.30.17] – The 42 years old driver who is accused of violation of Republic Act 7610 and two counts of rape has landed inside the jail in Virac, Catanduanes after he was arrested by police on Monday afternoon in Barangay Francia, Virac, Catanduanes.
In a press release issued by Police Senior Inspector Roderick C. Dismaya, Officer-In-Charge of Virac Municipal Police Station, the accused Godofredo Bulalaque, Jr y Teleg, 42 years, married, driver and a resident of Barangay San Vicente, Virac, Catanduanes was arrested at 03:15 o’ clock in the afternoon .
Elements of Virac Municipal Police Station led by Senior Police Officer 1 Henry Taule, arrested Bulalaque by virtue of three Alias Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Gene Gapas Agbada, Acting Presiding Judge, Regonal Trial Court, Branch 42, Virac Catanduanes.
The accuse is facing two charges; one (1) for Violation of Section 10 (a) of Republic Act 7610 under Criminal Case Number 3858 with recommended bail of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 80,000.00); and two (2) counts of Rape docketed under Criminal Case Number 3859 and 3860 both no bail recommended, Police Senior Inspector Dismaya said.
The accused was ranked as number 10 Municipal Most Wanted Person of San Miguel Municipal Police Station in San Miguel, Catanduanes.
