Legazpi City, [02.17.17] – A joint agreement by three three Islamic States of Sulu, Lanao and Maguindanao has manifested their unity on May 13, 2017.in the implementation of the various programs of Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg Islamic United Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo particularly in the fields of health care, renewable energy, education, agriculture and other social services.

In a document obtained by the Philippine Examiner, the Sulu State Council Resolution # 170513 – 01 has declared and recognized  unanimously the Royal Couple – Raja Mohammad Ghamar Mamay Hasan Abdurajak as the legal successor to the throne as crowned King and Queen Maria Makiling Helen Fatima Nasaria Panolino Abdurajak as the legal successor as the crowned Queen of the Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg Islamic United Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo.

The endorsement of three Islamic States recognizing the Royal Couple as the successor to the Royal Crown was based on the Law of Predecessor 101.

The three representatives from Islamic States of Sulu, Lanao and Maguindanao including Zamboanga Peninsula has expressed their unity to rally behind the implementation of  the Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg Islamic United Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo’s mantra of Food Security and Poverty Alleviation for  the common welfare of the masses, particularly in Mindanao and Palawan.

On May 13, the Pre-Launching Program with the theme “Unity in Diversity”  was held at the Notre Dame of Jolo College, Jolo, Sulu. The theme was anchored on a vision of goodwill under a shared culture of peace that will nourish  the ethnic, national and local diversities towards the enrichment of lives of the people in the impoverished Mindanao, Sulu archipelago and Palawan.

“These programs of Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg Islamic United Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo will focus on economic development  that will address the issues and concerns in health care, renewable energy, education, agriculture”, Queen Maria Makiling Helen Fatima Nasaria Panolino Abdurajak said.

The occasion was attended by delegates of the Royal clans of Sulu and other local dignitaries such as the Chief Minister and Deputy Sultan Hajji Nasser Ijin Sangkula who represented the Moro National Liberation Front, Sharief  Alnasser Esmail of Zamboanga-Sibugay, Sultan Nashief Sansarona Adil Dimasangkay of Lanao, TYT Sahiburassad Asgali Al Hajj,  Hajji  Abdulla, Prince Jabar Abdulla of Tagum City, Sultan Abdulcair S. Capatagan of Metro Davao, Sultan Kayolawan Pandala  Pasandalan  who represented Sultanate of Maguindanao, Moro Islamic Liberation Front and Raja Sulayman Peace Keeping Groups.

The Christians of Raja Sulayman of Panay Island and Princess Mariam Jamila Abdulla of Region 11, the Deputy Sultan for Indigenous People and Lumad, also attended  the program.

According to Her Majesty Queen Helen, We are expecting more businessmen from South Korea and China who pledged of their attendance to the forthcoming are  final launching of the Food Security and Poverty Alleviation program under the flagship project of Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg Islamic United Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo’s PEACE, DEFENSE and ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM this June.

The Queen also admitted the existence of Korean and China markets for the agricultural and fisheries products under a forged agreement  with The Imperial Federation of Farmers and Fishermen of Mindanao and Palawan Incorporated [IFFFMPI].

Last April 24, 2017 an Economic Cooperation was signed between the Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg Islamic United Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo and Jiangsu Longrich Bioscience Company Limited in Suzchuo, China.  A livelihood program promoting mutual economic and trade relations for the Philippines and China..

The declaration of support by the Islamic States to Raja Mohammad Ghamar Mamay Hasan Abdurajak and Queen Maria Makiling Helen Fatima Nasaria Panolino Abdurajak as the legal successors to the throne of the Royal Imperial Lupah Sūg Islamic United Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo will pave the way to the economic development in southern Philippines in particular, as it will address the economic gap through the transfer of technology and management skills that will be provided by the multi-awarded China conglomerate and the Ecoe Plantation, Queen Helen ended.
