lagonoyLagonoy, Camarines Sur, [03.29.17] – An alleged abduction incident involving a 24 years old lady in Barangay Bocogan, Lagonoy, Camarines Sur is being blamed to a local communist guerilla unit operating in Lagonoy, police report said.

According to to Police Senior Inspector Maria Luisa C. Calubaquib, spokesperson of PR0-5 Regional Public Information Office, Lagonoy Municipal Police Station has forwarded an alleged abduction incident report to Camp Simeon A. Ola.

According to the report, they received a phone call from Staff Sergeant  Enrico R. Garduce, assigned at 211th  Marine Company, 11th  Marine Battalion, stationed at  Barangay Sakul Island, Zamboanga City, has informed the  Lagonoy Municipal Police Station that the residence of his father, Arsenio F. Garduce, Jr. was raided by armed suspects.

The raid occurred at 5:00 o’ clock in the morning of March 28, 2017  at Barangay Bocogan, Lagonoy, Camarines Sur tagging the communists to be behind the raid and the abduction of his 24 years old sister,  Gladecel R. Garduce.

Allegedly, a group of suspected members of Communist New People’s Army more or less 15 suspected led by “Ka Dizan” are behind the raid on his parent’s house and to the abduction of his sister.

The suspects numbering about 15 persons had withdrawn on foot towards unknown direction and abducted his sister.

The reported abduction is under investigation by the Lagonoy Municipal Police Station, the report ended.
