The Barangay Chairman of Sta. Teresita, Baao, Camarines Sur has ran out of luck as he was killed in an anti-illegal drug operation before the freezing of police anti-illegal drugs operation was officially announced by PNP Chief Ronaldf De la Rosa on Monday.

Legazpi City, [01.31.17] – The Barangay Chairman of Sta. Teresita, Baao, Camarines Sur was killed in an anti-illegal drug operation while five others suspects were arrested on Monday, a report reaching Camp Simeon A. Ola.
According to Police Senior Inspector Maria Luisa C. Calubaquib, spokesperson of PR0-5 Regional Public Information Office, a combined elements of Regional Intelligence Division 5; Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – 5, ICTS, Police Investigation and Detective Management Section [PIDMS] and Baao Municipal Police Station, all of Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office conducted anti-illegal drug operation with search warrant at Barangay Sta. Teresita, Baao, Camarines Sur.
The authorities served the search warrant at 4:00 o’ clock in the morning of January 30, 2017 at the residences of the following suspects, namely: Barangay Captain Arturo Bisenio, Jonathan Sinfuego, Larry Gallarte, John Mark Lolo, Joenard Oliquino and a certain Oliquino alyas UDAY.
One of the suspect, Arturo Bisenio was mortally wounded after engaging in a fire fight with the operatives.
He was declared declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.
Bisenio is the 89th casualty in the implementation of Oplan Double Barrel in Bicol region and the last casualty this year as the Oplan TOKHANG is frozen, Police Chief Inspector Calubaquib ended.
