Rawis, Legazpi City [06.13.16] – Legazpi City Vice Mayor Robert “Bobby” H. Cristobal takes his oath of office on the 118th Philippine Independence Day Sunday, June 12, 2016 in a simple ceremony inside the Rawis covered court.

The oath taking ceremony was administered by Rawis Punong Barangay Jojo Orozco and was witnessed by his family, friends and political supporters.

The oath taking was regarded as “Rawis First”  thus making the occasion a symbolic and a historic celebration to the residents of Rawis, as their former punong barangay [Cristobal] took his oath in their village as the newly elected Legazpi City Vice Mayor.

Vice Mayor Cristobal has edified the residents of Rawis for giving him a resounding lead of 1005 votes over his opponent in the recently concluded local election.

In his simple message, he categorically said that he is a proud resident of Rawis, a reason why he chose the place in taking his oath of office. It is my profound gratitude to serve and help the people of Rawis and the entire Legazpeños, he said.

“All throughout of my mandate, I will always cherish this gift with gratefulness to serve the people as my feet always touches the ground in the pursuit of my duties and responsibilities, I will serve you without reservation and under the virtue of humility,” he ended.
