Daet, Camarines Norte [03.22.16] – A provincewide implementation of search warrants in Camarines Norte has resulted to the arrests of seven suspects involved in the possesions of twenty five  sachets suspected illegal drugs [methamphetamine hydrochloride] in seven separate places on March 21, 2016, police report said.
In a report reaching Camp Simeon A. Ola, the province-wide conduct of One Time, Big Time Operation was conducted by the authorities in a simultaneous anti-narcotics operation by virtue of search warrants.
Three search warrants were served in the capital town of Daet, one in Jose Maria Panganiban, One in Paracale and in Talisay. All in all, there were five male suspects and two females were arrested.
Topping the list of the biggest drug haul conducted was the confiscated items from a male suspect in Barangay Old Camp, Capalonga, Camarines Norte.
The suspect was identified as Uldarico Icaranom y Sigesmondo a.k.a. “Darryl”, 53 years old, a candidate for Municipal Councilor in Capalonga.
An estimated 25 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of PhP175,000.00 was confiscated from the suspect.
The second biggest drug haul was searched during the raid conducted in Jose Maria Panganiban town, with thirteen  small sachets and two big plastic sachets were confiscated from the suspects; Gloria Sarza y Borjal and her live-in partner Pastor Valencia y Barza a.k.a. “Pantoy”, at Purok 1, Sitio Barbara, Barangay Luklukan Sur, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.
Actual weight and amount was not disclosed due to the pending crime laboratory examination.
A Search Warrant Number D-2016-54 for violation of Violation of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165 issued by Judge Arniel A. Dating of Regional Trial Court, Branch 41, Daet, Camarines Norte, against Nilo Francisco a.k.a. “Nilo”, located at Purok-4, Barangay Dalas, Labo, Camarines Norte.
Confiscated from his possession were three pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; one unit Cherry Mobile cellular phone; 10 pcs Php100.00 bill; one unit improvised 12 gauge homemade shotgun loaded with ammunition.
In Purok 4, Barangay Caawigan, Talisay, Camarines Norte, a certain Zaldy Macale a.k.a.“Chocoy was arrested for illegal possession of three pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; four pieces aluminum foil with residues of suspected illegal drugs; eight pieces heat-sealed plastic sachet with residues of suspected “shabu”; three pieces disposable lighters; and three pcs rolled aluminum foil.
Another search warranr for violation of Republic Act 9165 issued by Judge Arniel A. Dating of Regional Trial Court, Branch 41, Daet, Camarines Norte against the Agnes Alaurin and Claudine Alaurin, located at Sitio Landing, Purok -7-A, Barangay Bagumbayan, Paracale, Camarines Norte.
However, the subject persons were not around during the search. Recovered at their residence were one piece unsealed transparent plastic; two pieces lighters; three pieces unsealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” residue; 10 pieces aluminum foil strips; 1 piece aluminum foil (rolled) as improvised tooter; and five pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”.
Daet Municipal Police Station has also simultaneously implemented a Search Warrant No. D-2015-49 for Violation of Republic Act 9165 issued by Judge Arniel A. Dating of Regional Trial Court, Branch 41, Daet, Camarines Norte, against Ronaldo Agapito Samante, of legal age, married, located at Calle Wow, Purok 10, Barangay VIII, Daet, Camarines Norte.
However the subject person [Ronaldo Agapito Samante] was not around during the search. Recovered from his residence were one transparent plastic memory card holder; three  small heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu”; eleven  crumpled aluminum foil containing suspected “shabu” residue; and one lighter.
Mark Angelo Habalo Samante, who was at the scene during the search was also arrested for possession of one improvised tooter containing suspected “shabu” residue; one improvised tooter glass tube; one aluminum foil containing suspected “shabu”; one unsealed plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; one pouch bag containing glass tube; and one wood box containing “shabu”.
Arrested suspects are facing charges for violations of Violation of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165.
