Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat – [12.27.15] – The Spokesperson of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters [BIFF] has called on Maguindanao Governor Esmael “Toto” Mangudadatu to intervene and order the pull-out the military in the boundary of Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat and Datu Abdullah Sangki Ampatuan, Maguindanao so that the reign of peace in the area, can be achieved.
“They are not suppose to be deployed in this area to grab the lands of the locals, but to protect the rights and properties of the civilians in the towns of Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat and Datu Abdullah Sangki Ampatuan, Maguindanao,” Abu Misri Mama told the Philippine Examiner this afternoon.
The BIFF Spokesperson has admitted responsibility in the killing at least seven  members of the Citizen Armed Forces for Geographical Unit [CAFGU] in the boundary of Datu Abdullah Sangki Ampatuan, Maguindanao and Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat during the BIFF attack last December 24, 2015.
“Although they were in civilian clothes, but they are wearing CAFGU identification cards and they are threatening the civilian residents by grabbing the lands of the natives here, that is the reason why we attack them” he explained.
Abu Misri also admitted that they divested the militia men with three M-1 Garand rifle, two M-14 rifle and two caliber .45 automatic pistols during the attack against the notorious Ilaga group.
He also denied the reports carried out by the national dailies that the victims were farmers, he added.
The carnage broke out last December 24, 2015 at around 4:00 o’clock in the morning and the government troops has launched a military operations against the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters.
