A village drug surrenderee in Barangay Oro Site was nabbed in an anti-illegal drugs raid.

Legazpi City, [11.07.18] – A 38 years old drug–surenderee of Barangay Oro Site, Legazpi City was arrested by authorities in a drug raid this evening.
A joint elements of PDEA Albay led by IA5 Enrique G. Lucero, Provincial Officer, National Bureau of Investigation Bicol Regional Office led by Celso G. Ginga, Acting Regional Director, PDEA RSET/IIB and Legazpi City Police Station under the overall supervision of Director II Christian O. Frivaldo, Acting Regional Director, PDEA Regional Office implemented a search warrant.
The court order #EML 18-69 issued by Honorable Elmer M. Lanuzo, Executive Judge of Branch 5, Regional Trial Court was served against Allen Aguilar, Sr y Nuñez, 38 years old of Purok 4, Barangay Oro Site, Legazpi City at 8:23 tonight..
The lawful search yielded a one knot-tied plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride “shabu” and six medium size plastic sachets inside a multi-colored coin purse.
According to Agent Lucero the seized prohibited drugs was estimated at more or less 50 grams with a street value of PhP300,000.00.
