A member of Lupi PNP personnel who went AWOL and three others were arrested in an anti-illegal drugs raid.
Legazpi City, [09.27.18] – At least four persons were arrested by authorities on Wednesday noontime in Barangay Marupit, Camaligan town including a member of Philippine National Police who went without official leave, a police report reaching Camp BGeneral Simeon A. Ola said.
According to the PRO-5 Regional Public Information Officer, Police Chief Inspector Maria Luisa C. Calubaqub the arrested suspects are now facing a violation of Republic Act 9165.
They were arrested in a pot session at 11:00 o’ clock on Wednesday [September 26, 2018] in Barangay Marupit, Camaligan, Camarines Sur.
Elements of Camaligan Municipal Police Station and RPDEU immediately launched an anti-illegal drugs operations after an informant informed the Camaligan Municipal Police Station that a “pot-session“ was being held inside the residence of Wilbert Grejalvio.
The anti-illegal drugs operation has resulted in the apprehensions of the following suspects namely: Wilbert Grejalvio y Bual, 38 years old, a resident of Barangay Marupit, Camaligan, Camarines Sur, Bethoven Alipante y Mancera, 43 years old, married, a resident of Barangay San Juan, Camaligan, Camarines Sur, Froilan Vergara y Babia, 35 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Bagumbayan Sur, Naga City and PO1 Jorge Dorero y Dimaculangan, 27 years old, married, PNP member assigned at Lupi MPS (AWOL), a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Lupi, Camarines Sur
Confiscated items during the raid were three pieces medium size heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”, one piece of open empty plastic sachet, three pieces of lighters and two pieces rolled aluminum foil.
