The Las Piñas City suspected drug pusher has died in anti-illegal drugs operation in Legazpi City Boulevard.

Legazpi City, [08.06.18] – A male person from Las Piñas City has died in a buy–bust operation on Sunday evening in Barangay Puro, Legazpi City in an apparent shootout, a police report said.

The victim was identified in incident report as Eduardo Garcia y Aficial, legal age of Las Piñas City.

According to to Police Superintendent Nilo S, Berdin, Jr, Chief of Police, Legazpi City Police Station told the www.philexaminer.com: The victim died during the conduct of police anti illegal drugs operation at 9:45 in the evening after trying to shoot it out with the police poser buyer identified as P02 Gil Raymundo Rodero operatives who was in the process of implementing the buy-bust operation carried out against the victim by the elements of Police Intelligence Branch – Albay and Legazpi City Police station led by Police Senior Inspector Karlo P. Dy.

The victim resisted and tried to grab the bag of the police poseur buyer and succeeded in pulling the gun inside the bag and tried to shoot the poseur buyer but missed. The operatives came and aided their colleague and fired two shots directly to the victim’s chest. The victim sustained two fatal gunshots on his chest that caused his death, the report said.

Albay Medical Emergency team led by Wilfred Almonte Labrador arrived on the scene but found the victim with no pulse dilated pupils and not breathing anymore.

SOCO team led by Police Chief Inspector Florante Nobleza  processed  the scene of incident found the following items: one caliber .45 [Colt MKIV Series] with serial number 639742 with one chamber load, inserted with one magazine with five cartriges, two fired cartridges of caliber 9mm, one piece of heat-sealed transparent plastic containing white crystalline substance suspected methampethamine hydrochloride, back pack, clothes, two inside gun holder, wallet containing driver’s license, green pocket notebook, identification card bearing the name of Eduardo Garcia y Aficial, assorted receipts, blue sling bag, cellular phone, Php20,000.00 cash  money, buy-bust money amounting to Php15,000.00 [1 genuine Php1,000.00 bill and 14 pieces of boodle money.
