kusog-bicolandiaKusog Bikolandia is not part of the party-list system and will not seek to promote sectoral interests and enhance representation, particularly among the marginalized and the underrepresented sectors, we, as a regional political party, we advance our distinct political identity and ideology for Bikol progress and growth, Sarmiento explained in the statement.

It will focus on championing the geographical or domestic interests which are commonly confined or inherent to any given political aggrupations, the statement added.

The common territorial and cultural nuances were among the basis of unity that formed the group anchored on common political vision, ideology, and aspiration.
